Will not auto open links unless screen is either on or completely locked #23

I have my tablet to not immediately lock when the screen is turned off (there 
is about a 1 minute delay) and if I were to send my tablet any links during 
that time the device would play its notification sound but upon turning the 
screen back on the link is not auto opened.  Since I do not have it set to 
manual there is no way for me to open those lost links.

If I set it to manual I will see the links regardless of the system state.


What version of the android: CyanogenMod 10.2.1 for the Nexus 7 2013 (4.3.1)


Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? I've noticed 
the issue on both.
