Fix nix direnv (#3613)

* Add kguiaddons to shell.nix

This package is needed to compile flameshot with USE_WAYLAND_CLIPBOARD

* Add .direnv to gitignore

This directory is automatically created by direnv when evaluating the
.envrc file
