LibJS: Store ECMAScriptFunctionObject bytecode in an OwnPtr

Browse Source 
Using an Optional was extremely wasteful for function objects that don't
even have a bytecode executable.

This allows ECMAScriptFunctionObject to fit in a smaller size class.
