Liav A	7c0540a229	Everywhere: Move global Kernel pattern code to Kernel/Library directory ... This has KString, KBuffer, DoubleBuffer, KBufferBuilder, IOWindow, UserOrKernelBuffer and ScopedCritical classes being moved to the Kernel/Library subdirectory.
