Jesse Buhagiar ca093f442c LibSoftGPU: Mark wrap_clamp as [[maybe_unused]] ...

This was breaking the fuzzer build becaues the function is not used
if the `CLAMP_DEPRECATED_BEHAVIOR` constexpr is not `true` during
compile time.
