Liav A 5a0aa66b73 Kernel/PCI: Fix offset error of the PCI_SUBSYSTEM values ...

Apparently both PCI_SUBSYSTEM_ID and PCI_SUBSYSTEM_VENDOR_ID offsets
should be swapped from one to another to be correct.
