Aliaksandr Kalenik 78d8989ea4 LibWeb: Accept paintable instead of layout node in paint_background() ...

After InlinePaintable is gone it's possible to make this function accept
a PaintableBox instead of more broad
Layout::NodeWithStyleAndBoxModelMetrics type.
