Lucas CHOLLET af6dc267d3 AK: Add OutputBufferedStream ...

This class, in a similar fashion to what has been done with
`InputBufferedStream`, postpones write to the stream until an internal
buffer is full.

This patch also adds the `OutputBufferedFile` alias.
