Itamar 9cd27d1e15 LanguageServers/Cpp: Add SemanticType::PreprocessorMacro ...

This adds a new semantic token type, PreprocessorMacro.

Calls to preprocessor macros will now be highlighted when semantic
highlighting is enabled in Hack Studio.
