Shannon Booth e123492470 LibWeb: Allow ArrayBuffer attributes to be used in IDL 
The FileReader IDL has the following entry:
```
readonly attribute (DOMString or ArrayBuffer)? result;
```

This change supports the use ArrayBuffer as a JS built-in in this
definition.
