Sergey Bugaev f31df017f9 LibCore: Port Socket to GNU Hurd ...

The Hurd supports sending file descriptors over local sockets using
the SCM_RIGHTS / cmsg mechanism just like the other systems. It doesn't
have anything like ucred/PEERCRED, though.
