thankyouverycool f35a6c13ab LibGUI+TextEditor: Highlight the entire current line 
And fix Line Highlighting's duplicate alt-menu shortcut.

Previously only text on the cursor's line was highlighted. This makes
discerning cursor focus on empty lines easier.
