Clear folksonomy tags when the release is (re)loaded. Since these are "added" to the DataObject by mbxml the counts keep increasing currently every time you refresh a release. Track counts are OK I think since the tracks are completely replaced from _new_tracks every time you refresh a release. Fixes PICARD-4
