How can I add luxbar npm package? #1025

Hi,

I've been added luxbar package by npm:
npm install luxbar

After that I added luxbar reference to webpack.config.vendor.js -> 'luxbar/luxbar.css',
and I ran webpack --config webpack.config.vendor.js

Finally I ran my application and I can see that navbar is missing some css styles.

What am I doing wrong?
