Caused from import * as crossroads from 'crossroads'; for a CommonJS module.

Won't run project due to TS2.0 error.

ERROR in ./ClientApp/router.ts
(21,9): error TS2450: Left-hand side of assignment expression cannot be a constant 
or a read-only property.

Can be fixed with #267
