Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Fixes #1668.
All the whitespace stuff was done by VSCode, but it appears to be correct to me, so I'm not going to fight it unless @SteveSandersonMS objects.
