Shreyas Zare 4c9c22aae9 StatsManager: last hour missing initial 5 min data bug fixed. LoadLastHourStats() null pointer exception bug fixed. Removed BufferedStream usage since FileStream includes internal buffering. Implemented Cache Hit stats parameter.
