Linus Groh b8eb1baac8 LibGUI: Move REGISTER_WIDGET(GUI, TabWidget) to Widget.cpp 
All the other (GUI) registrations happen here, so it's confusing to have
just one elsewhere ("wait... is TabWidget not registered?!").
