Peter Ross feb19646df LibC: Increase alignment for malloc() BigAllocationBlocks to 16 bytes 
commit 5f3773b715 increased alignment
for ChunckedBlocks, but not for BigAllocationBlocks.

This is required to make SSE instructions work.
