AnotherTest e1a819827c LibGUI: Make AbstractTableView and TableView more customisable ...

This patchset adds a few getters/setters to AbstractTableView to make
its looks more customisable:
- Header width & text alignment
- Default column width
- Ability to disable selected row highlighting
