Andreas Kling ed1ade0534 LibJS: Don't crash in CyclicModule::evaluate() when this == m_cycle_root 
The spec allows this scenario, so I don't know why we would want to
assert that it doesn't happen.

Fixes #22317

Also, -1 crash, +1 pass on test262 :^)
