Use all URI ARs to search for special cover art sites (Jamendo, CD-Baby). Ticket #3189.

53cf8a8e2e Added option to display hidden files in file browser. Disabled by 
default (don't show dot files anymore). This makes the change in rev 779 
of the trunk optional.

f6226a217e Lower the default PUID lookup threshold to 10% 
If we already have a PUID in the database, we can probably just trust it's the right one and it will help with tagging completely mistagged files
